Gracie/Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting with sweeps, throws, take-downs, chokes, joint manipulation, and other submission techniques causing opponents to quit attacking or rendering them unable to continue fighting.

The instructor is “Brazilian” Mike Rethmeyer, a three time Pan American Jiu-Jitsu medalist. Rethmeyer has won numerous championships including NAGA, The Arnold Classic and The Relson Gracie US Nationals.
